in.lab is an innovation laboratory by IAL and supported by the Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA). It is where bold ideas in adult learning come to life, supporting educators, training providers, enterprises and learning technology innovators through grants, incubators and sandboxes that enable experimentation and real-world application. Whether developing a new learning tool or rethinking how adults learn, in.lab provides the support and resources to test, refine and scale ideas for impact.
NACE@IAL
At NACE@IAL, a suite of outcome-focused consultancy services supports organisations in strengthening workplace learning and building a culture of continuous learning. Working closely with businesses and stakeholders, NACE@IAL designs and implements customised solutions that develop employee capabilities, improve workplace performance, and support long-term organisational growth. From on-the-job training systems and technology-enabled learning to structured mentorship and workplace learning diagnostics, its consultancy projects are practical, hands-on and tailored to each organisation’s needs, helping organisations turn workplace learning into meaningful and measurable impact.
